It is the policy of Omega Company for Luminaires, Poles & Galvanizing, to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs and expectations of its customers. the Quality Management System (based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2008) has been developed to provide a mandatory plan and training for controlling all company activities relating to quality product and service with an ultimate aim of customer satisfaction. It is the company’s philosophy that quality is defined by the customer in terms of product specifications, cost and delivery requirements. The Quality Policy is a statement of internal discipline and an external assurance of our commitment to provide the customer with his requirements, on time and at an agreed cost on each and every occasion.
