Hot dip galvanized steel poles, used for Street Lighting, OHL Distribution Network (33kV, 13.8kV and 11kV), are manufactured normally based on the SASO (Saudi Arabian Standard Organization), under the stringent supervision of our QA/QC Dept, implementing the systems and procedures of ISO 9001.
Whereas Export quality is catered according to respective specifications provided by the client. OCTAGONAL POLES : Octagonal poles are produced from high grade hot rolled steel coils by an automated procedure of cutting and folding/pressing the trapezoidal sheet into octagonal shape and welding the sides longitudinally by submerged arc welding. ROUND CONICAL POLES : Round Conical poles are also produced from high grade hot rolled steel coils by an automated procedure of cutting and folding/pressing the trapezoidal sheet into octagonal shape and welding the sides longitudinally by submerged arc welding STEPPED POLES : Stepped poles are produced by using a unique hot-swaged joint method. By applying heat to the larger diameter pipe into smaller diameter pipes gives fused pipe joints of great strength. Joints are watertight and the complete pole maintains strength over its entire length. No welding is needed, which means that joints do not weaken during their life time. ACCESSORIES : All necessary accessories related to the pole like anchor bolts, brackets, short and long arms are also manufactured. |

We manufacture luminaires for street lighting, floodlighting, tunnel, industrial and decorative lighting (garden lighting). A wide variety of luminaires are designed and manufactured according to specific application. Some of the fixtures are being developed and produced in collaboration with Indalux of Spain.
Designing luminaires is an intrinsic procedure, wherein due consideration has to be given to aspects such as aesthetics and ergonomics on one hand and methods and functional aspects on the order, in order to achieve high efficiency in terms of illuminating performance. Flood Lighting Floodlighting refers to the illumination of areas such as Airports, Harbours, Sport Arenas, Inter-change Expressways, Open Parking Lots etc. Garden Lighting Decorative refers to illumination of gardens, pedestrian ways, residential street and parks.
