Hot dip galvanization is a process of
subjecting the steel material to a protective zinc coating against corrosion, by
dipping the articles in a molten bath of zinc. The coating of zinc
by dipping process gives an excellent protection to the steel internally
and externally.
Hot dip galvanizing
is performed to British Standard BS ISO 1461, American Standard ASTM A-123 or to
any other approved international standard as desired by the client.
Working
capacity of our plant is about 50,000 tons per year. Size
of the molten zinc bath tank is L12.8M x B1.22M x H1.22M.
Poles & structures in lengths over 12 Metre are subjected to double dipping
process.
